About Us

Tony Abboud first opened Stop N Save Foods in 1997 as the original owner. He wanted to provide downtown Dayton with a quality place to shop for affordable, fresh groceries with a hometown feel. Tony prioritized offering the freshest meat, produce and deli items at great prices and customer service to match. His son, Joe, began stocking shelves and working throughout the store in high school and college, and became a business partner in 2008. Joe continues the grocery legacy of his father with a passion for meeting serving the Dayton community as their local grocer. He looks forward to welcoming your family the next time you visit!
